b. Upon full payment, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose, as specified in the
project agreement.

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including but not limited to project details, pricing, and proprietary information.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of a project may result in fees depending on the stage of the project. Refund policies will be outlined in your project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
Lingo India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.
